|Recommended: YesWonderful Complex — I'm a NY transplant so looking for a place to live was challenging. After viewing places with the help of my daughter, this was the place. Hannah from the office was great and so helpful. The property looked nice and exactly what I was looking for and with all the amenities I wanted. I am selling into my new place and getting to know my way around. I would recommend Katy Place for a new beginning

|Recommended: YesNew Move In — Grounds a clean and apartments are roomy and updated. There is plenty of parking and the whole community is nice and quite. Excellent location near center for town 5-10 minutes to anywhere in Columbia.
